- Returning a Product - If you're not completely satisfied with your product, you’re welcome to return it within 14 days, as long as it is in the same condition as when you received it and shows no signs of damage. This gives you two weeks to try the product and decide if it meets your style.
- Refund Process - Once we receive your returned product, we'll process your refund and credit it back to the original payment method you used.
- Processing Time - It may take 3-5 business days for us to process your refund. Our team will review and process your return.
- Confirmation Email - Once your refund has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email from our representative. This email will notify you that your refund has been processed and is on its way to you.
- Refund Delivery - Expect up to 10 business days for your refund to be delivered to your original payment method. This time allows for the refund to be processed and credited back to your account.
Refund for Damaged or Faulty Products
