This return policy only applies to the USA, UK, France, Italy & Spain. If you have any issues with your product, just give us a call at +1347-460-0490 or send an email to Support@dazigno.com and we'll be there to assist you.
- Return Time-Period - You have 14 days from receiving your package to return it for a full refund. Please note that the original delivery fee will not be included in the refund amount.
- Returned Item/Product Condition - The returned item/product must be in its original condition. We cannot accept items that are damaged or seem to be used.
- Exchanges - Yes we do accept exchanges but the exchanged item should be in new condition with labels attached to it in original condition.

Shipping a Return - We recommend using a trackable and secure courier service when returning your items to ensure they reach us safely. Please note that the package remains your responsibility until it is received by us. We kindly suggest packaging your items carefully to ensure they remain in perfect condition during transit. Once the package arrives, we’ll take care of the rest.
